A common question is “What is your best knife?” The answer is what the best knife is for you. We could sell you what we think is the best knife in the world and you’ll pick it up and hate it. Maybe the handle is uncomfortable, too big or too small. Maybe the knife is too heavy or to lite. Or perhaps the knife is too big or too small. You won’t really know until you pick it up. If a customer is looking for an 8 inch chef’s knife, we’ll bring out 10 knives, maybe more, and they will handle them one by one. The one knife that brings the big smile to their face is the one they’re going to buy. They just found the best knife we have.
